I charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. The fee will be half of your service, 50%. I am very understanding and will work with you if this were to happen. First, no show/ cancelation within the 24-hour window will be forgiven. After that, the 50% fee will be instated, and you will have to provide your card to book your service. I appreciate everyone's understanding. I undersrand last minute things come up, and I will work with the circumstances surrounding your need to cancel.
